2. Prescription Requirements

Under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940, medicines categorized under Schedule H, Schedule H1, and Schedule X strictly require a valid, verifiable prescription issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP). Our pharmacist reserves the statutory right to decline dispensing if a prescription is missing, illegible, expired, or suspicious.

3. Pricing, Discounts & GST Invoicing

• All product prices are quoted inclusive of applicable GST (CGST + SGST). Invoices generated are fully tax-compliant under GST Act 2017.
• An official A5 Tax Invoice / Cash Memo is issued with every counter sale or home delivery order, valid for medical insurance claims and tax audits.

4. Nagaur City Delivery Terms

Orders within Nagaur city limits are typically dispatched and delivered within 2 hours. Delivery is FREE on orders of ₹299 or more; a nominal charge of ₹40 applies to orders below ₹299.
